Glastonbury Glad Rags!

It's just five days to go until Glastonbury Festival opens it's gates to thousands of  lucky ticket holders. Arguably the best festival in the world, Glastonbury has been a highlight of the summer since 1970. The first festival was held the day after Jimi Hendrix died and was just £1 a ticket (including free milk!). 1,500 attendees saw the likes of the Kinks and "Mad Mick" perform on Michael Eavis' farm.

From such humble beginnings, the festival has grown more and more popular and really took off in the 90s. Nowadays tickets cost over £200 but still sell out within hours of going on sale. This year the headliners are Arcade Fire, Metallica and Kasabian but with over 100 stages to choose from it's not just about the main acts! Festivals like Glastonbury are the perfect opportunity to experiment with fancy dress, the laid back atmosphere means nobody will be judging you. Here are a few ideas for your Glastonbury dressing up box! For the other 51 weeks of the year, the Glastonbury site is actually a fully operational dairy farm!
