Returns & Delivery Policy

Delivery Policy.

We offer two methods of delivery, please choose whichever you feel is more appropriate for your requirements.

UK Standard (1st Class Royal Mail)
Orders placed with the standard delivery option are sent out via Royal Mail first class post. Items sent by the first class service are usually delivered within 1 - 3 business days but can take longer to arrive. Please Note: 1st Class post is not a guaranteed service.If you require your order to be delivered as soon as possible please choose the next day delivery option.For more information on first class delivery please see the Royal Mail website:

Next Day delivery
Orders placed on the next day delivery services are sent via Interlink Express Couriers and are guaranteed to be delivered before the close of business of the next working day.There is an order cut off time of 2pm for next day delivery, and orders received after this time will be processed as if placed the following day.Orders from late Friday, Saturday and Sunday will not be dispatched until Monday for delivery Tuesday.For more information and to track your package please see the Interlink Express website :

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
