Delivery Policy

We offer two methods of delivery, please choose whichever you feel is more appropriate for your requirements.

UK Standard (First Class Royal Mail)
Orders placed with the standard delivery option are sent out via Royal Mail first class post. Items sent by the first class service are usually delivered within 1 - 3 business days but can take longer to arrive. Please Note: 1st Class post is not a guaranteed service.If you require your order to be delivered as soon as possible please choose the next day delivery option.

Next Day Delivery
Orders placed on the next day delivery services are sent via Royal Mail's guaranteed next day service. There is an order cut off time of 2pm for next day delivery, and orders received after this time will be processed as if placed the following day. Orders from late Friday, Saturday and Sunday will not be dispatched until Monday for delivery Tuesday.

Please be aware that some sale items from this online shop are sent from a separate warehouse and may not be available at our stores.



We can refund items purchased online as per distance selling regulations. You have 14 days to return the items to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns of items purchased in store are only accepted if goods are not as advertised, damaged or faulty. No refunds will be given otherwise.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
